In support of the York Region Children’s Fund (YRCF), the York Region Children’s Aid Society invites the community to participate in our carwash fundraiser that will be held on Saturday, September 28th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Agency’ Head Office in Newmarket (16915 Leslie Street) 🧽🚗
Community members can expect squeaky clean service and are asked to pay what they can, in cash.
All donations will go directly to the YRCF, who works to enhance the lives of children and youth in the care and protection of York Region Children’s Aid Society. At a high level, the YRCF helps provide vital childhood enrichment, educational support, and compassionate aid that improves the quality of life for children and youth in our community who have faced abuse, neglect, or other threats to their wellbeing.
Donations to the YRCF support various child and youth centered programming, including stay in school awards and educational support for post-secondary studies, funding for various enrichment activities (such as sports enrollment and lessons, artistic classes, and other meaningful experiences), funding for children and youth camp experiences, and much more.
