On Tuesday, December 3, the York Region District School Board (YRDSB) held a Community Connections event at Dr. G.W. Williams Secondary School in Aurora.
The event was geared towards newcomer parents and students by sharing some of the resources and supports that are available to them through local organizations.
Our Agency, alongside other community organizations, was invited to join and had the opportunity to share information with students, parents, and educators including our ongoing need for foster caregivers.
We would like to thank YRDSB for including us in this event and can’t wait for the next one!
